1 The Opportunity: An Artisan Brand Needs a Digital Counter

Crust & Fruits is a family-run artisan dessert business in Costa Rica specializing in pies, cheesecakes, and baked goods made from fresh, natural ingredients. Their product spoke for itself, but their sales channel didn't. They needed a website that could do three things: showcase the full menu with photos and pricing, let customers place orders without going back and forth on WhatsApp, and tell walk-in customers where to find them and when they're open.

  • Self-Serve Ordering: Built product-specific request forms that capture customer contact data and order details. Each submission lands as an actionable lead the business can follow up on directly.
  • Full Product Catalog: Every dessert has its own detail card with photo, description, size, and price. Customers can filter by category (baked, cold, specialties) and browse at their own pace.
  • Business Essentials: Address, operating hours, WhatsApp, and email all live prominently on the site. Customers get everything they need without having to ask.
