Crust & Fruits is a family-run artisan dessert business in Costa Rica specializing in pies, cheesecakes, and baked goods made from fresh, natural ingredients. Their product spoke for itself, but their sales channel didn't. They needed a website that could do three things: showcase the full menu with photos and pricing, let customers place orders without going back and forth on WhatsApp, and tell walk-in customers where to find them and when they're open.

Self-Serve Product Requests
Rather than a full e-commerce checkout, we integrated targeted request forms linked to each product and promotion. Customers browse the menu, pick what they want, and submit their contact info and order details. The business receives structured leads they can quote, confirm, and arrange payment for independently. This keeps the ordering process simple for the customer and flexible for the business.
Business Info and Brand Presence
Beyond the menu, the site serves as the business's digital headquarters. Customers find the address with an embedded map, operating hours, WhatsApp and email contacts, and links to leave Google reviews. A gallery, testimonials carousel, and "Our Story" section build trust and convey the handmade, natural brand identity. Every practical question a customer might ask is answered before they need to pick up the phone.
